The Rollins College Alumni Advisory Board supports and advances the mission of Rollins College in preparing students for global citizenship and responsible leadership, empowering graduates to pursue meaningful lives and productive careers. The Board partners with the Division of Institutional Advancement and Office of Alumni Engagement on alumni initiatives that amplify the institution’s strategic priorities. Board members are a model of leadership to all alumni and serve as ambassadors and advocates of Rollins College. Members facilitate the exchange of ideas between members of the campus community and Rollins alumni in the areas of alumni programming, volunteerism, and engagement.

The Career Champions Mentor Program connects current Rollins students with alumni professionals to support career exploration and development through one-on-one mentorship. From January to April, student-alumni pairs meet monthly to refine professional documents, explore networking opportunities, and engage in guided conversations, supported by resources from the Center for Career and Life Planning.
