The Career Champions Mentor Program connects current Rollins students with alumni professionals to support career exploration and development through one-on-one mentorship. From January to April, student-alumni pairs meet monthly to refine professional documents, explore networking opportunities, and engage in guided conversations, supported by resources from the Center for Career and Life Planning.
